The device may be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as it is unused or shows no signs of damage, and is returned with all original packaging, accessories, and components included.
Honey Recovery Anti-Aging Infused Sheet Masks
For hygiene and safety reasons, sheet masks can only be returned if the individual mask packets are unopened and unused. Once a mask packet has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded, even if other masks within the same bundle remain sealed. We're unable to accept returns of used or opened skincare items under any circumstances.
Honey and Propolis Soap
Eligible for return only if unopened and in its original, unused packaging.

May be returned within 30 days if unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
